UPDATED STATEMENT ON COVID-19 PANDEMIC
It is with great sadness that we have made the decision to cancel our April/May tour of The Tempest and postpone our June tour of Jane Eyre.
The health of our audiences and performers is our highest priority and with current government guidance we feel it is in the interest of all to take this action.
We are still hoping that our productions of The Three Musketeers will perform as planned later in the summer and Jane Eyre will perform in September. We will keep you updated if anything changes regarding these.
If you have purchased tickets for any production of The Tempest or Jane Eyre you will receive an email shortly with details regarding refunds. If you purchased tickets through Brighton Fringe, Shoreham Wordfest, Chichester Festival or any of our theatre venues then you will receive instruction from these organisations shortly.
As a small company we work with many charities, venues and performers who will be greatly affected by current events and our hope is that we will be able to get back to doing what we love and making theatre for these incredible spaces and audiences as soon as possible. If you feel that you would like to donate all or part of your refund to help support the company we would be extremely grateful, though we understand how unsettling this time is for everyone.

Because we perform in a variety of historic venues sometimes access can be tricky. Please use our contact page to find out accessibility at the venue you are interested in and we'll try our best to help.
If we didn't perform in bad weather then we wouldn't perform in the UK! We won't stop or cancel a show due to weather unless absolutely necessary so bring an umbrella, wrap up warmly and enjoy the show in spite of it! If the show goes ahead we won't refund tickets.
Not all of our venues offer toilet facilities. Where there aren't any and in most of our historic church venues shows will run as one act without an interval.
Unfortunately although we love them we can't let dogs into venues unless they are guide or assistance dogs
Links for tickets are on our website under "Tickets" and the specific show title. You can also call Sarah on 07732 253311 to book over the phone. Please be aware that we can't take credit card payments over the phone. The price of tickets includes a £1 administration charge per ticket.
Refunds are only offered if a show is cancelled. In this case money will be refunded via the payment method through which it was received less the £1 administration cost applied to each ticket at purchase. If you are unable to make a show we may be able to swap your ticket for another venue so please contact us directly in this instance.
The following are eligible where concession tickets are available to purchase at the discounted rate:
Over 65s • Under 16s • Unemployed • Students with an NUS card • People with a disability
People with a Disability requiring assistance may have 1 x additional concession rate ticket for their personal assistant.
Please be aware that proof of eligibility may be required.
Children under 2
Children aged 2 and under are considered "babes in arms" and don't need a ticket.
If there is an emergency during the show please follow the guidance of company and venue volunteers/staff (hopefully you'll never experience this!)
This is my Theatre and the venue volunteers/staff reserve the right to refuse or revoke permission to access any venue. Any behaviour considered to be unacceptable may result in the refusal of entry or ejecting from the venue. In these instances no ticket refund or alternative will be offered.

Please be aware that we use details provided at the point of ticket purchases only for the following reasons:
1. To contact you about the show you have booked tickets for, if there are any changes that will affect you/the show
2. To check in attendees at performances
3. To contact you about forthcoming productions if you would like us to
We are a small company and don't share your details with anyone else.
Once Upon A Time:
Entry is charged per person to enter the show
The production is suitable for all ages and is not a child only attraction
Children under 2 years are considered babes in arms and are free to enter
Whilst children may enter the performance unaccompanied we advise an adult is present
We accept no responsibility for any unaccompanied children in the show.
If an unaccompanied child leaves the maze before the end refunds will not be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse entry.
Anti-social or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and if encountered you may be asked to leave the maze. Refunds will not be issued in this instance
Last entry is 15 minutes prior to the close of the session.
Advance ticket holders may still be required to queue at busy times
Refunds will only be issued to advance ticket holders in the event that the show is closed for more than 2 unscheduled hours on any advertised day.
Registered carers may enter the show free of charge when accompanying a registered disabled child/adult.
Please note the performance is outdoor and the ground is uneven in places. We accept no responsibility for accidents within the site
Pushchairs maybe left outside the performance at your own risk.
We accept no responsibility for items stolen, lost or damaged
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the performance area.
Alcohol may not be consumed in the performance.
