Terms & Conditions

Because we all need them!

Access:
 

  • As we perform in a variety of historic venues access can sometimes be tricky. Please use our contact page to find out accessibility at the venue you are interested in and we'll try our best to help.

  • If you have any access requirements, before your visit please contact the Venue and/or Box Office.


Weather:
 

If we didn't perform in bad weather then we wouldn't perform outside in the UK!

  • We won't stop or cancel a show due to weather unless absolutely necessary (i.e. conditions become unsafe for audience and company) so bring an umbrella, wrap up warmly and enjoy the show in spite of it!

Toilets:

 

  • As we perform in a variety of locations, not all of our venues offer toilet facilities. Please check individual venue websites for details or contact the Venue and/or Box Office

Dogs:

Tickets:

 

  • Links for tickets are on our website under the "Tickets" button in our Main Menu bar and click on your desired show to access a Show Main Page. Here you will be able to find tickets for your desired performance by scrolling down to preferred date/venue or by using our interactive Tour maps (also available on the Show Main Page.) You can also call Sarah on 07732 253311 for further details over the phone.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Emergencies:

  • If there is an emergency during the show please follow the guidance of company and venue volunteers/staff.

Inappropriate/Disruptive Behaviour:

 

  • This Is My Theatre and the venue volunteers/staff reserve the right to refuse or revoke permission to access any venue. Any behaviour considered to be unacceptable may result in the refusal of entry or ejecting from the venue. In these instances no ticket refund or alternative will be offered.
